A & S Software Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is based in New Delhi. We build and implement software for universities, business schools and colleges, under the name OLT ERP.
We work only with academic institutions. That is why the software handles the things a general system does not: relative grading on a curve, elective bidding, exchange students and summer internships, the Choice Based Credit System, and executive programmes with corporate sponsors.
The name OLT comes from Online Learning and Teaching, the title the software carried when it was first installed.

OLT ERP Limited is an education technology company registered in England and Wales, at 103 Russell Lane, London N20 0AZ. It develops Eudemonic AI, a student wellbeing analytics platform shaped through collaboration with UK universities, and offers the campus software in the United Kingdom.
A & S delivers Eudemonic AI to institutions in India and provides implementation and support from New Delhi.
A & S Software Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. and OLT ERP Limited are separate legal entities. Each contracts in its own name and is responsible for its own obligations. Which company you contract with is stated in your proposal.
